We Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV registered in the Dutch Trade Register under number 22025014 & 54279410 will respect and obey the privacy of any person/data subject and Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV will make sure that any and all personal data provided to us will be treated confidentially in accordance with the 'GPDR EU-decreet 2076/679'.
Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV takes care of a proper security of its computer systems, offices and website in order to safeguard the privacy in accordance with article 32 GPDR. The data will include the name, address, ID number, date of birth, place of birth and email address and if applicable phone number and car registration number. The personal data received will be used for the performance of our services for and on behalf of our principals, which will include the declaration of a ship/terminal entry with the relevant (port) authorities and any duties put on us in relation to the ISPS duties. The data will not be shared with any third party unless with the explicit confirmation of the interested party/data-subject or in case this is necessary for the fulfilment of the duties under the agreement. The data will be kept in accordance with any statutory obligation of Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV to keep data available.
After the expiry of this obligation the data will either be returned or destroyed by Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV. As indicated the GPDR will be applicable, meaning that any party interested/data-subject will be allowed to look into the data kept by Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV, request the amendment of the data or the removal of the data and the right to object to the use of the data. Any request pursuant to the above can be made to Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV director who will deal with your request in accordance with the GPDR. Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV will not be responsible for any damages as a consequence of the fact that the party providing the information will not act in accordance with the terms of the GPDR. The party providing the information will in such a case hold Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV harmless for any and all consequences as such. In any event the liability of Vlissingse Bootliedenwacht BV & VLB Services Bedrijf BV will be limited to the amount of the service fee that gave rise to the claim.
